There are many paths I take when I brainstorm cartoon ideas. One of them, when I really have nothing, is to simply look around. Here’s how that works. Or doesn’t.

I’m sitting outside at a cafe.

Oh, a passing stroller!

Now, what should I do with it? I can take it in almost infinite directions, because like every new superhero movie, it’s a multiverse of possibilities. You have to choose and run with it. Maybe I should start by putting someone in the stroller?
